A top to bottom contemporary renovation for a West Side townhouse gem. Our detailed scope included a gut renovation, rear and vertical expansion and cellar excavation. New structural framework throughout and a historic façade restoration—as well as reconfiguring a new front stoop and new main entrance to the parlor restoring this beauty to its original design.
