Builder of record for a fleet of inviting, refined neighborhood restaurants. This multifaceted project including a gut renovation of a mixed-use space including three floors of restaurant space with three apartments, vertical and horizontal expansion of the floorplan, an excavation to extend and expand the cellar to the property line and new front and rear façades.
